Nash has over 25 years of experience in the computing industry and has served on the engineering staffs of Google, Oracle, Counterpane, iBiblio, and many others. Nash studied mathematics and the theory of computation at the University of North Carolina and George Mason University. He has helped Fortune 100 companies design, implement, and manage networks and network applications securely.

Mr. Sutton served as the Utah Commissioner of Financial Institutions from 1987 to 1993, where he was responsible for regulating all state chartered depository institutions and all consumer financial services providers in Utah. He helped draft the Utah Consumer Credit Code, the Utah Mortgage Originators and Servicers Act, laws regulating escrow agents, and three bills amending the Utah Financial Institutions Act.

He served as president and CEO of two industrial banks and helped organize several others. He has served on several boards of directors including the Utah Housing Finance Agency, the Conference of State Bank Supervisors, the Utah Symphony, the Utah Association of Financial Services, GMAC Capital Corporation, WebBank and Community Nursing Services. Mr. Sutton was honored by Best Lawyers in America as the 2009 "Banking Lawyer of the Year" in Utah and has been listed by Best Lawyers since 1995.

He received his J.D. from the University of Utah in 1977.

Jackson Walker is an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm’s litigation department. His practice focuses on copyright litigation, commercial litigation, and securities litigation.

Prior to law school, Jackson was a walk-on turned two-time All-American decathlete in Division I Men’s Track & Field at BYU, where he graduated with his B.S. in exercise science. He also conducted biomechanics research for Team USA in the steeplechase and marathon for the 2016 Olympic Trials. While attending law school, Jackson served as an extern for Chief Justice Matthew B. Durant of the Utah Supreme Court. He also worked as a legal intern at the Devonshires Solicitors and No5 Barristers Chambers in London.

Jackson is fluent in Spanish.

Andrew Pignanelli is the Founder and CEO of Velvet Financial Services, an online marketplace for private investment funds, including many in the crypto asset class. Starting Velvet at the age of 18, he became the youngest owner of a broker-dealer company at the age of 20. The company now has over 16 employees and 130 active funds.
